This group will be for teens and adult ages 10 and up
Kids need physical activity to get stronger. Our strength and exercises are fun and easy to do at home and will help involve the entire body. Strength and Fitness classes aim to improve daily living skills through better balance, strength and flexibility. These classes increase your muscles become stronger.
Hosted by licensed teacher Regina Chen. Due to Covid-19 concerns, virtual classes will be provided through Zoom meeting. RSVP is required.
Cost: $540 for 9 sessions
