Rhythm Movement is an engaging and inclusive class that explores movement through beat music, rhythm, and creative expression. Using beat music, simple dance movements, and rhythmic exercises, the class encourages self-expression, confidence, and social interaction in a supportive and welcoming environment. Activities are adapted to meet all abilities, allowing everyone to participate successfully and experience the joy of movement.​

Time: 3:20pm-4:20pm
Fee: $600 for 12 sessions (1 hour per session, $50 each session)
