Regina is an attractive young lady who has been coaching Taekwondo since a young age. She assisted her father to run a Taekwondo school in downtown Manhattan.

 

Regina has experience teaching children of all abilities. She has Regular Education and Special Education as her master's degree.

Kailing is an American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard at Syosset’s Learn to Swim Program where she teaches water safety and swimming skills to children, adolescents, and adults. She also worked at a children’s summer camp, supervising and leading weekly park-based activities that promoted physical activity, coordination, and teamwork in a safe and engaging environment. Kailing created an unique curricum to help students have fun cardio workout.

For 1-on-1 swimming in your own pool. The coach travels to your location for personalized lessons for all ages, focusing on safety, skill development. Coach Kailing is an American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard at Syosset’s Learn to Swim Program where she teaches water safety and swimming skills to children, adolescents, and adults. In the program, she teaches a variety of skill levels, even working with children on their swimming skills and teaching them how to be safe in the water. Kailing is also a swim coach to the community Stingrays swim team, using her past experience on the high school varsity swim team to help the kids improve their skillsets. She also has experience teaching private group and 1:1 swim lessons for kids, guiding them through warm-ups, simple exercises, and drills to help them improve their strength and endurance.
